Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a skilled and motivated individual to work closely with our customers and colleagues to optimise the implementation process.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a mature outlook, and experience working in a data-driven environment. You should be able to keep up with regular product updates and maintain expert knowledge of our software suite.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing additional training delivery to clients and engaging with customers to consult and ensure additional training is strategically planned and documented based on customer needs
  • Carrying out multi-company consultation
  • Providing training and/or building BI report services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Designing and creating client forms for document outputs and operations
  • Consulting and managing data import services for clients
  • Assisting in training delivery to the team for internal and external training

You will also contribute to the education of your colleagues, exchange routine information with team members, and engage in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to enhance efficiency in communication and training.
