Job Opportunity: Supported Independent Living Professional

About the Role:

This professional will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with individuals we support, as well as their families and external support professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and understanding of behavior concerns and mental wellness, providing guidance and training to staff members on positive behavior support and implementation of behavior support plans.

Key responsibilities include facilitating change, driving continuous service improvement, and supporting our values and actions that are crucial for successful business operation.

To be successful in this role, you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • A valid driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
