Support Worker

We provide services that enable individuals with unique disabilities to lead independent lives, engage in the community, and achieve their life goals. Our organization delivers high-quality support to maximize independence and functional skills for a fulfilling life.

Our Support Workers empower participants to achieve their goals and develop new skills by providing quality services and support. This includes:

  • Supporting individuals with disabilities to access community activities.
  • Providing one-on-one assistance tailored to each client's needs.
  • Fostering positive relationships and open communications with clients and support team members.
  • Assisting with transport and mobility to access community events.
  • Encouraging skill development and social interaction.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in disability (preferred).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current Police Check, Working with Children Check.
  • Current driver's license, Car Registration, and insurance.
  • First Aid and CPR training, NDIS Orientation Module, and NDIS Infection Control Module.
  • Cert 4 in Disability or Cert 4 in Individual Support (desirable).
  • Commitment to providing exceptional support and great communication skills.
