You could be the key interface for procurement to the business on third-party risk requirements, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish and implement procurement strategies, processes, and initiatives that ensure third-party risks are effectively managed over the procurement lifecycle in line with TPG's third-party risk management framework.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the supply chain risk management and governance strategy for TPG Telecom suppliers.
  • Evaluate existing and new third parties against the Third-Party Risk and Governance policies, standards, and frameworks.
  • Maintain and refresh risk assessments for existing third parties on a regular basis in line with the Third-Party Risk Framework.
  • Identify and manage new risks or changes to risks arising out of procurement activities.
  • Support supplier due diligence activities by collaborating with risk SMEs and assessing the materiality of any identified risks.
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality assurance programs as required.
  • Design and maintain fit-for-purpose third-party risk systems and processes, integrating them with other procurement lifecycle systems.
  • Prepare appropriate third-party risk reporting for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, WHS, and Technology Security functions to continuously improve the third-party risk management framework and processes.
Requirements
  • Commercial degree qualified or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management and relevant supporting tools, with a strong understanding of procurement-related risks and experience in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Professional certifications related to risk management are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of third-party risk principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Initiative-taking and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
