Lead Third-Party Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Third-Party Risk Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of our supply chain risk management and governance strategy.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, processes, and initiatives to ensure third-party risks are effectively managed over the procurement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with TPG's third-party risk management framework.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments for existing third parties, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Support supplier due diligence activities, assessing the materiality of identified risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose third-party risk systems and processes, integrating with other procurement lifecycle systems.
  2. Prepare comprehensive third-party risk reporting for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with Enterprise Risk, Compliance, WHS, and Technology Security teams to continuously improve the third-party risk management framework and processes.
Requirements
  • Commercial degree qualification or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven experience in risk management and relevant supporting tools, with a strong understanding of procurement-related risks and experience in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Professional certifications related to risk management are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of third-party risk principles, standards, and regulations.
