We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in bridging technical expertise with customer-facing support, helping to build trust and drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field from an Australian university is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in hydrogeology with a strong technical foundation.
  • Ability to travel internationally with no restrictions.
