Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of financial crime prevention programs
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for AML/CTF operations, including transaction monitoring, watch list screening, investigations, and enhance due diligence
  • Drive innovation in sanctions screening and FATCA compliance through strategic partnerships and technology adoption
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for detection and response, including escalation protocols and regulatory reporting
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions
  • Oversee the development of strategic metrics and reporting frameworks to measure operational effectiveness and compliance
