The Role- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to answer inquiries and provide product information about hearing devices and accessories.
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists to promote the best possible outcomes.
- Guide customers through complex products, highlighting features and benefits that enhance their hearing experience.
- Resolve concerns to ensure positive interactions and foster a loyal customer base.
- Support local marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs, receiving comprehensive training to develop new skills.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail or allied health, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in computer software navigation, including CRM systems and appointment management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, administrative skills, and a collaborative attitude are essential for this role.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with independence when needed is vital for success in this position.
