- Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists / Audiometrists)
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
This is a permanent position, working 3 days per week Wednesday - Friday. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team with a focus on innovation in the hearing industry.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy. They will also have a passion for delivering amazing client experiences and a focus on results.
