About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Planning Director to join our team at Essence Mediacom. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for developing breakthrough strategies across a range of clients.

With a strong base of knowledge across all media channels, you will be comfortable working with data and able to pull actionable insights within a client's data set. You will also have the ability to build and optimize reach using tools to do this.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media plans that drive business results for clients
  • Work closely with the strategy team to deliver on client objectives
  • Engage with business leadership teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client goals
  • Build and maintain key relationships with client stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research on media effectiveness and its impact on business growth
