As a Group Planning Director, you will work closely with our business leadership team to deliver on client objectives and collaborate with marketplace counterparts to execute your ideas. You will have the opportunity to develop breakthrough strategies across a range of clients, including adidas, Bayer, Dell, Google, Mars, PlayStation, The Coca-Cola Company, and Uber.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media strategies that drive business growth for clients
  • Work closely with the business leadership team to deliver on client objectives
  • Collaborate with marketplace counterparts to execute ideas
  • Develop breakthrough strategies across a range of clients
  • Build and optimize reach using planning tools
  • Work with implementation teams to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Ensure delivery of a digital solution relevant to the client's business/brand
Requirements
  • Strong base of knowledge across all media channels (paid, owned, and earned)
  • Comfortable working with data and able to pull actionable insights
  • Ability to build and optimize reach using planning tools
  • In-depth understanding of the latest research on media effectiveness
  • Experience in audience and signal planning
  • Competency working across planning tools
