About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Planning Director to join our team at Essence Mediacom. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in delivering marketing breakthroughs for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative media strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with our client teams to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our strategy team to deliver marketing breakthroughs for our clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research on media effectiveness and apply this knowledge to drive business results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong base of knowledge across all media channels, including paid, owned, and earned media. You will also need to be comfortable working with data and able to pull actionable insights from client data sets.

In addition, you will need to have experience in audience and signal planning, as well as competency working across planning tools from audience planning, allocation, and optimization. You will also need to be able to work with implementation teams to translate strategy into actionable plans for brands.
