Job Title: Support Worker/Childcare Professional

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers/Childcare Professionals.

As a Support Worker/Childcare Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily activities
  • Aiding clients with mobility
  • Preparing nutritious meals for clients
  • Organizing social activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

In addition to these core responsibilities, you may also be required to perform tasks such as shopping and errands. Some positions may require you to live in with the individual.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AQF Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability (desired)
  • Certificate 3 in Childcare (preferred)
  • Alternatively, relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications
