Senior Field Operations Specialist

The role is ideal for a driven Professional with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in field operations and project control across major projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of works.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical input during planning and execution phases.
- Conducting reviews and managing documentation.
- Overseeing HDD-related tasks including bore path design, drilling fluid programs, and pullback force calculations.
- Supporting construction sequencing, planning, and field execution.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Contributing to project close-out documentation.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/experience and capabilities:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in pipeline or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong field operations background with a focus on efficiency.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards.
