Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing field repairs, fault finding, and maintenance services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately complete records and paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Medium Rigid (MR) Licence or Class 4 Licence desirable.
  • Experience with fault finding, hydraulic and electrical equipment, troubleshooting, and mechanical failures.
  • Restricted electrical licence desirable and experience in the waste industry desirable.
  • Current driver's licence (Class 1 (NZ); Class C (AUS)).
