Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through ongoing inspection, maintenance, and servicing of products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.   • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support on-site inspections of lifting equipment, including testing and tagging
  • Install height safety systems to relevant standards
  • Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs on products and equipment
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE RELEVANT ADVICE ON QUALITY PRODUCTS
  • 100% commitment to personal and business safety
  • Liaise with and work on customer sites

Requirements:

  • Technical service experience within a manufacturing background preferred
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS AND ABILITY TO DEVELOP STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude
  • EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • Relevant tickets/licenses, including Dogging AND Working at heights highly desirable
