Corporate Lawyer - Transactions and Advisory

A seasoned corporate lawyer is required to lead and manage complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, share sales, and business sales.

  • The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents.
  • They will conduct and coordinate legal and due diligence processes.
  • Advice on corporate structuring, directors' duties, and compliance with the Corporations Act will be provided to clients.

Clients from various industries, including agrichemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial, childcare, FMCG, and professional services, will be worked closely with.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, contributing to mentoring and team development, and participating in strategic initiatives.

Experience in advising on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management would be beneficial.
