Job Description

This is a key leadership position responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of the agency's learning and capability programs. The successful candidate will lead the alignment of the agency's capability framework with the Learning Management System and performance and development processes to support the strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver and continuously improve the agency's learning and capability programs.
  • Maintain and implement the agency's Capability Framework.
  • Design and implement a skills taxonomy aligned to the agency's job family framework.
  • Develop and implement the SES and whole of agency Performance Framework.
