Job Title: Director of Learning and Development

  • Key Responsibilities

  • The key responsibilities of this role include developing, delivering, and continuously improving the organisation's learning and development programs.

  • This involves maintaining and implementing a capability framework that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning and development strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.

  • They will also have strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models.

  • We are looking for an experienced leader who can manage learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading a learning and development team or similar role in a complex organisation.

  • Expertise in learning and development strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation.

  • Strong understanding of performance frameworks and talent development models, including the 70:20:10 model.

  • Experience managing learning systems, mandatory training programs, and enterprise capability frameworks.
