Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Early Learning to join our centre in Townsville.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to inspire and motivate our team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in early learning and work closely with our Centre Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within our team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre, providing strategic direction and guidance in the absence of the Centre Manager.
  • Implement our Practice Guide, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide inspirational leadership to our team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. To develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our early learning programs and services.
  3. To work collaboratively with our Centre Manager and other stakeholders to achieve our centre's goals and objectives.
  4. To ensure that our centre is a safe and welcoming place for children, families, and staff.
