Asset Assessment Technician

We are seeking an individual to join our Field Service team as a skilled Asset Assessment Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to be based in our office and work with a variety of loan and demo assets.

As an Asset Assessment Technician, you will be responsible for completing accurate and efficient assessment reporting and quality assurance checking of loan and demo assets in the workshop within committed timeframes. You will also forward asset equipment to the National Service Centre (NSC) for further assessment and repair if required and communicate with the NSC if customer expectations differ to assessment findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing accurate and efficient assessment reporting and quality assurance checking of loan and demo assets in the workshop
  • Forwarding asset equipment to the National Service Centre (NSC) for further assessment and repair if required
  • Communicating with the NSC if customer expectations differ to assessment findings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical/electronic knowledge with a mechanical technical aptitude
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Team-player attitude with sound problem solving skills
