We not only source and distribute surgical implants but are focused on biologics, surgical instruments, consumables, and capital equipment.
As a Loan Kit Technician, you will play a critical role in our Port Melbourne fulfillment team, working closely with Operations and Sales Teams to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of surgical kits. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in MedTech Kit Rooms, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. The position is full-time (5 days per week) and includes on-call responsibilities when required.

Has proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environmentPossesses exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory managementThrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomouslyExcels in time management and multitasking, balancing competing priorities effectively
You'll be responsible for:
Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist roomsReceiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levelsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirementsManaging implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical proceduresAccurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures
