Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to well-researched policy development that aligns with the department's strategic objectives in international engagement
  • Conduct data gathering and analysis using a variety of sources to inform business decisions
  • Coordinate policy input and prepare advice on agricultural trade and environment issues for international meetings and negotiations
  • Brief and communicate with Ministers, the Executive, and other Commonwealth agencies on trade and international issues
