About the Role

Randstad is seeking an experienced Policy and Planning Specialist to join our team in the Federal Government. As an APS 6/EL1, you will be responsible for providing high-quality written materials, undertaking research and analysis, and working closely with stakeholders to inform and agree on plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective policy and planning strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support policy implementation
  • Provide secretariat support and work closely with stakeholders
  • Produce high-quality written materials in short time frames

About You:

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed judgement, intelligence, and common sense
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and results-driven
