Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide direct care in a dignified and respectful manner, delivering excellence in customer service to our residents.

You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and general mobility, following individualised care plans. With a person-centered mindset, you will create a warm and welcoming care environment that aims to maximise quality of life for our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have working rights in Australia
  • Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience preferably in an aged care setting
  • Have a genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
  • Be able to work individually and in a team
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff
