Care Facility Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate competent time management techniques in cleaning routine.
- Vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop all designated areas.
- Maintain appropriate resident interactions in line with organisational values.
- Consider resident lifestyles and personal choices.
- Maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Manage laundry routines in line with the laundry schedule.
This is a permanent part-time role offering up to 50 hours per fortnight for AM shifts. You will be based in the Northern suburbs and will be required to work at different sites within your contracted hours to address clinical requirements.
Flexibility is essential to ensure we meet the clinical needs across various sites.
You will be expected to quickly integrate into new environments and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements include evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations, ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks, NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain), proven organisational and time management skills, and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
