We are seeking a Commercial Site Manager to take ownership of our clubhouse and resort facility builds. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of something bigger than just another construction site – you'll be building places that enhance lives and create communities.

This role involves end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities, overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site. You will work closely with internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing site delivery and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
  2. Overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and quality control on site
  3. Coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality results
  4. Reporting progress and identifying potential risks

We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-quality environments and know how to drive programs to completion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings, as well as a solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations.
