Job Overview

The role of Team Manager plays a vital part in the smooth operation of our Customer Fulfilment Centres. This position is responsible for leading and guiding a functional team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within a specific operational area.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members. They will be expected to drive compliance to operational procedures, safe working practices, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations within the facility, providing operational guidance and support to a high-performance team
  • Motivate and encourage team members to achieve their best
  • Support the implementation of change initiatives and contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure resourcing and productivity within the team are sufficient to meet sales demand
  • Drive a customer-focused culture with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Champion safety and lead an operational safety-first culture
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide insights to key stakeholders
