Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care services in the community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical delivery of in-home services including assessment, medication management, wound care, and palliative care
  • Supervision of non-clinical team members in a community setting
  • Intake processing, care planning, and reporting
  • Client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care
  • Coordinate the provision of quality person-centred care according to client needs and service plans
  • General administration for documentation relating to client care and alignment with AHPRA regulations
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Australian National Police check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Experience in assessing and planning care needs within the community
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Smart mobile phone (iPhone / Android)
