The Opportunity:

We're looking for an inspiring Senior Service Manager to lead our Western Australia services. This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Oversee daily operations across Western Australia, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a passionate team committed to quality care.
  • Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and satisfaction.
  • Support the development and review of care plans and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care.

">

Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirable.

">

A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support.

">

Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.

">

Knowledge of current trends and changes in the health and disability sectors.

">

Excellent relationship management skills and a collaborative approach.

Additional Requirements:

  • Current National Police Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of valid work rights in Australia.
  • Australian Drivers licence.
