Key Role: Digital Event Management

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will design, build, and manage events through RMIT's enterprise event management platform as well as other relevant technologies.
  • They will coordinate with stakeholders and provide support across our digital platforms.
  • Efficient use of systems is key to delivering enriching student experiences.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in using digital platforms effectively, including troubleshooting issues, optimising performance, and training others on best practices.
  • Proven ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements and needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills for fast-paced settings.
  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
