Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Event Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital platforms, including the enterprise event management system. This role involves designing, building, and managing events within the system, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing system support to deliver engaging student-focused events.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, fixed-term position (12 months) that offers a salary of HEW Level 5 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements. The ideal candidate will have experience using digital platforms effectively, including troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and training others on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage events in digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
  • Ensure efficient use of digital systems and support delivering student-focused events.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience using digital platforms effectively.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
