About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Review Specialist to support our Corporate Legal team across various commercial matters. You will collaborate with stakeholders from diverse practice areas, including commercial and corporate law, legal transformation, company secretarial, insurance and risk, intellectual property, and commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the legal team in processing leases, business name renewals, trademark renewals, subpoenas, non-party disclosures, and requests for documents or information.
  • Support the legal, compliance, and insurance teams with research, drafting, and other legal activities, such as preparing documents, gathering evidence, and creating training materials.
  • Maintain corporate entity registers and prepare documentation for maintaining corporate entities within ALS Group.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal, compliance, and insurance teams, responding to general inquiries and referring them when necessary.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing ideas, knowledge, and collaborating with team members.

About You:

We seek a pragmatic individual with a consultative style, a commitment to continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid working visa.
