This role supports the ongoing governance across a portfolio of Financial Institutions customers to ensure non-financial risk and business requirements remain well-managed.

The opportunity includes involvement in the Customer Due Diligence process to provide ongoing AML/CTF and Sanctions information across a portfolio of high-risk customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Risk Management / Regulatory Compliance: Understand and ensure compliance with internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory obligations.
  • Customer Due Diligence: Assist with the Financial Crime reviews that impact FI customers and ensure required information is provided, assessed, and understood.
  • Cost Management: Ensure work is completed with minimal errors to avoid rework and support implementation of project deliverables into the team.

Collaborative Culture: Live our values at all times and work closely with Operational teams to support Due Diligence delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • 'Must have' knowledge, skills and experiences: Interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with Relationship Managers, adaptable to change, sound communication skills (written and verbal), organising and prioritising skills, ability to work independently, an eye for detail, and willingness to develop knowledge in KYC Due Diligence and Transactional Banking Products.
