We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team at a first-class integrated legal and financial services firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general office administration, bookkeeping, and ensuring legal and corporate compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and operations
- Bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, trust accounting, and reconciliations
- Ensuring legal and corporate compliance, including renewal of insurances and solicitor practising certificates
- IT and systems maintenance and updates
- Assisting with marketing and events management
- Inducting and training staff and assisting with recruitment
- Client relations and engagement
