At Source Legal, we're revolutionizing the traditional legal model by providing innovative, in-house style legal support to our clients. Our team of over 30 legal professionals has extensive experience in commercial law, with a focus on property-related matters.

The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Law team, you'll work autonomously, but with plenty of support when needed. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing our diverse client base, providing in-house style legal support, and building close relationships with our clients.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of post-admission experience
  • A strong grounding in private practice and experience working in-house (or a genuine interest in an in-house style of working)
  • Extensive experience and a genuine interest in property law, with strong leasing experience
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
  • Highly commercial and comfortable giving pragmatic and definitive advice
  • A self-starter who can work quickly, be adaptable, communicate clearly, and be passionate about client experience
