Job Title: Experienced Support Worker for Adults and Children with Complex Needs">

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Disability Support Worker in various settings, including home care, community support, and SIL (Shared Living) programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to adults and children with complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, Mental Health, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disabilities, Young Adults, Dementia, and Advance Manual Handling Supports.

We are seeking candidates who possess at least 2+ years of experience working as a disability support worker and have the skills and qualifications necessary to deliver individual capacity building skills. If you are an experienced support worker with a strong passion for delivering person-centered care, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide support to clients with complex needs, including assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. You will also be responsible for facilitating social interactions, supporting independence, and promoting community participation.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each client receives high-quality support tailored to their individual needs. As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as crisis management, conflict resolution, and cultural sensitivity.
