The role of a lecturer encompasses multiple facets, including teaching, facilitating learning, and assessing student performance.
This will involve engaging with diverse clients in traditional, innovative, and new ways to enhance the learning experience.
Lecturers will also be involved in providing consultancy, information, and promotional services to industry, prospective students, and community clients.
To support this process, the TAFE environment offers comprehensive Training Packages and an underpinning quality system that provides a framework for delivery and assessment.
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a Registered Nurse (with current AHPRA registration) and a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent).
Applicants should possess at least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position, with the ability to facilitate and encourage learning.
In addition, working for the College may require holding Australian or Australian equivalent qualification(s).
