Corporate/M&A Lawyer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and highly commercial Corporate M&A team.

The team covers a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, and corporate governance.

As a mid-senior level Corporate/M&A lawyer, you will work on a variety of corporate transactions, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general securities law matters.

You will be exposed to experienced partners, work with a talented group of special counsels and senior associates, and have opportunities for overseas secondments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Between 3-7 years' corporate experience from another highly regarded corporate practice in the market
  • Australia qualified lawyers looking to return to Sydney from high profile law firms overseas
