Principal Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
This fixed-term position is available for 12 months and will involve working under the supervision of a Professor in Allied health and Active Ageing to undertake health services research and manage funded projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct rigorous health services research and contribute to project approvals, implementation, data management, and analysis.
- Develop and prepare manuscripts for publication and collaborate with the research team to deliver project milestones.
- Supervise honours and postgraduate research projects and establish collaborations within the University and at national and international levels.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring substantial research experience, demonstrated through publications, presentations, and contributions to peer-reviewed journals. You will have a strong ability to critically review literature relevant to health services research and advance evidence-based insights.
You must hold a PhD in a health-related discipline and possess experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodology, data collection and analysis, delivering project targets on time, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
