Deputy Principal Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to the school's executive team, leading teams and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the school's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to the executive team, focusing on operational systems and student learning initiatives.
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Develop and implement Tier 2 and 3 interventions to support diverse student needs.
  • Support staff in identifying and differentiating for a range of learners.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. They will also have a deep understanding of evidence-informed instructional practices and approaches for achievement, engagement, and wellbeing.
