Opportunity for Career Advancement
A strategic leadership position has become available in our Foster Care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of case workers in the Foster Care system across the state, making key decisions and supervising team members.
- Hold a limited caseload of complex cases and provide direct line management and supervision to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Human Service delivery.
- Experience providing reflective practice, supervision, and guidance to a team of case workers with diverse backgrounds and experience.
- Extensive experience in strength-based case management to children, young people and/or adults with complex needs.
