Job Opportunity

An exciting leadership position is available in a dynamic quarry environment. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee mobile plant operations, monitor product quality and plant performance, and ensure smooth shift transitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring mobile plant equipment including crushers, screens, and conveyors
  • Maximizing plant production and availability through proactive fault finding
  • Leading safety initiatives and reporting hazards/incidents via internal systems
  • Completing accurate end-of-shift reports and communicating effectively with the team

Requirements for the role include:

  • Demonstrated experience in quarry operations (essential)
  • Crushing experience and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Certificate IV in Surface Extraction Operations or equivalent (preferred)
  • Competency in operating Front End Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck, Watercart (preferred)
