Job Title

A dynamic and supportive leader is required to assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care.

About the Role
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
  • Support the program compliance, ensuring a high quality service that exceeds industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with the school, including parents & the wider community.
  • Play and have FUN with primary school aged children.
  • Opportunity to develop your Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You are passionate about kids and have a positive attitude.
  • You are a strong team player and enjoy leading a team to success.
  • You are keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW your customers.
  • You may already be working towards or have completed an ACECQA recognised qualification, but if not, we have a traineeship just for you.
