Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity with some flexibility for remote work between service times.

You will participate in a comprehensive induction program to set you up for success, with excellent support from a mentor and regional manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY
  • CREATING ENRICHING EXPERIENCES FOR CHILDREN EVERY DAY
  • FOSTERING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES
  • MANAGING AND ROSTERING A TEAM OF PASSIONATE EDUCATORS
  • MANNAGE COMPLIANCE AND MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION
  • ENSURING EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OUR ORGANISATION AND THE SCHOOL

Service Times: 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.15pm, Monday to Friday + 9.25 admin hours.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with children. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

You must be a natural leader with an eye for detail and have a genuine interest in creating engaging experiences for primary-aged children.

The ideal candidate will have a qualified or studying towards a qualification approved by the relevant governing body, including Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work...
