
Senior ServiceNow IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, as well as experience with IT service management and process improvement.
About the Role- The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform, delivering end-to-end technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow design, development, and deployment, as well as expertise in application development, SDLC/SCRUM, Agile methodologies, and Cloud stack.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Deliver end-to-end technical solutions, from design to release, using Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Configure and support core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, PPM, and more.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users and technical teams.
- Tertiary qualification in information technology or related field, ITIL (v3 minimum)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator + 3 years' experience (essential)
- Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow design, development, and deployment in complex environments
- Expertise in application development, SDLC/SCRUM, Agile methodologies, and Cloud stack
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across the business.
- Champion ITSM excellence and ServiceNow adoption, ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
- Perform duties aligned with business needs and role scope, upholding high integrity and professional standards.
