About The RoleA new opportunity has opened for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join Kinetic IT's national Service Automation Practice. Being a key role in delivering successful integration solutions that enhance our customers' operational efficiency and service delivery with ServiceNow. You'll collaborate with other technical experts to lead complex integrations and implementations, while also applying your skills to ITSM, ITOM (Discovery), and Security areas in this platform.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a flexible split between the office and working from home. We are happy to accept applications from candidates based anywhere in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of new integrations, manage enhancements to existing ones, and oversee platform upgrades, updates, and patching.
- Translate complex customer requirements into effective technical solutions using our business standards and methodologies.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to other developers, including conducting comprehensive system, functional, and automated testing.
- Lead customer-facing workshops to facilitate project scoping for ServiceNow integrations and other complex technical engagements.
- Manage project items, including business-as-usual (BAU) activities, continuous service improvement (CSI), and minor works.
You're a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a passion for integrations. You bring strong drive and leadership qualities and inspire your team with a hands-on approach, enjoy sharing knowledge amongst our community and mentoring others to foster growth and collaboration.
Required Skills And Experience- Hold current Australian Citizenship to gain required government security clearances.
- Possess a Micro-certification in IntegrationsHub, OR have a deep, demonstrable understanding of this area of the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation and/or Integration Developer.
- Experience in a range of enterprise environments with varying complexity.
- Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- A strong understanding of IT service management principles and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
