Seeking an Educational Director to lead our educational programs, observe and review their quality, and continuously enhance them.

As an Educational Director at Goodstart Slacks Creek, you will collaborate with Educators in your centre to deepen their understanding of child development and early years content. You will guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

This role requires a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). A strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is also required. If you have previous experience leading change in education, then we'd love to talk to you about this opportunity.
