Research Associate

The Australian Institute of Health Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to support our team in conducting cutting-edge research projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing research support to senior academics, including literature reviews, grant submissions, and data analysis.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of researchers, contributing to the development of innovative solutions to complex health problems. As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating research projects, liaising with stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform policy and practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct literature reviews and data analysis to support research projects
  • Assist senior academics with grant submissions and project coordination
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including research partners and industry experts
  • Analyze data to inform policy and practice recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in public health, health services research, psychology, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated research experience, preferably conducted within a university or medical research institute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and research software
  • Experience with statistical software and coding qualitative data
