IT Platform Manager

Manage and optimize the UKG Pro system for seamless user experience and efficient operation. This includes monitoring system performance, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities include system monitoring and optimization, vendor liaison and updates, incident and problem management, user access and role management, platform monitoring and optimization, and documentation and reporting.

Required skills and qualifications:

System Administration Expertise :

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and server administration, with experience in testing and implementing vendor updates and managing platform configurations.

Communication and Teamwork :

Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams, with the ability to manage incidents effectively and provide regular reports on platform performance and vendor interactions.

Technical Skills :

Experience with UKG Pro (or similar systems) including the ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot.

About the Role :
